Pioneered the company's online presence by crafting the original website using Homestead Website Builder in 2003. Managed a strategic overhaul in 2021, leveraging Homestead Website Builder to architect a cutting-edge digital platform that resonated with the target audience.

Marketing & Experience Operations Coordinator II

2021 - 2023

Contributed to the execution and coordination of various marketing and customer experience initiatives to promote Medica's health plans and enhance customer satisfaction. Collaborated with marketing teams to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns.

 

Organized and delivered comprehensive campaign initiatives across diverse channels. Managed tracking, tagging, and reporting for various marketing avenues including email, print, commercials, social media, paid search, banner advertisements, and web traffic.

 

Built and maintained collaborative relations with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with broader company goals.
